Office 1 is located near our large rollup door and future retail area and gets a lot of natural light with a window facing out to Park Street.  The location also means great visibility for your business.  This office includes a large adjustable height desk, comfortable office chair, built in wall shelves, locking glass door, and a great view of Park Street.  You also get all of benefits of a SANDBOX membership including additional Coworking memberships to THE SANDBOX Santa Barbara and Goleta locations and 3 days a month access to other locations in the Proximity Network.

All utilities and blazing fast internet speeds are included in the price.

You’ll also get an hour a month in the Meeting Room at no charge and half  price on additional bookings. We’ll even sort and deliver your mail!
